Spaces blast out of beta

Over the past few months, thousands of people have been using the Spaces beta to better organise conversations. To recap, Spaces rethink grouping rooms and people, fundamentally improving Element & Matrix to better group conversations instead of viewing all rooms all of the time. They come in three main flavours: Today, we’re incredibly excited to announce that Spaces are officially out of beta!

Day Zero for Freshworks

Yesterday, Freshworks reached an important milestone on our journey to deliver modern, intuitive, and delightful products to customers worldwide. We officially became a public company, trading as FRSH on Nasdaq. This was possible because of the dedication and commitment of our employees, customers, partners, and investors to a company that started 11 years ago with a small idea for a ‘fresh’ helpdesk. Now we have a family of products servicing over 52,000 customers.

It's Here! Monitor Microsoft Teams Audio Video Conferencing

Exoprise released its long awaited Teams Audio Video Conferencing sensor. This sensor fully tests Audio/Video end-to-end capacity, throughput, and network performance through the actual underlying Microsoft Teams and Azure infrastructure. The Teams AV sensor provides deep insight into a network’s capability to handle the Teams/Skype Unified Communications (UC) platform.
