This month we’re doing it short and sweet! We’ve got a few usability improvements lined up for you that are small in scale but big in value if you’re an avid daily user of Scoro. Here’s what’s updated in Scoro.

The G2 Summer 2022 performance awards are out; and Vivantio has yet again been recognized as a High Performer in the ITSM, Help Desk and Service Desk categories across the US, UK and European markets. G2 awards are amongst the most coveted in the software industry since they are based on the real user reviews and are backed up by a robust scoring framework across multiple KPIs.

This summer, we’re excited to announce the results of the latest G2 software review, which see Scoro coming in hot with 20 awards across eight categories and two top badges. This recognition from G2 reviews reflects Scoro’s breadth of capabilities and increasing market presence within the B2B industry. Let’s take a look at the highlights.

We’re excited to announce that we’ve raised $35M to provide engineering teams with fantastic notification infrastructure! The round was led by GV with participation from our existing investors at Bessemer Venture Partners and Matrix Partners. “Courier is building the future of notification infrastructure. The company has a fast-growing set of customers with a need to provide the best possible notification experience.

Coming from a traditional office environment, the ways of working tend to approximate in-person rituals. As the common adage goes “we want what we can’t have.” When you’re in the office together, the hierarchy of communication usually goes something like this: in-person > video > audio > text. But when you take a team and spread them across the world, a preference for synchronous, in-person conversations can drastically slow down collaboration.

Data from the work management platform shows how reducing hours to a 4-day work week might not be as hard as people think – if the working processes follow Scoro has today announced it is moving all 140 staff to a 4-day work week, with no compressed hours and no change in salary.

At Scoro, we’re all about getting rid of those tedious extra steps in your workflow. With this update, we are introducing several project management related improvements that significantly reduce manual work with similar or standard projects. Plus we’ve got some news on the emoji front! Here’s what’s new in Scoro.

Back in March, we announced the first beta release of Element Call, our voice and video conferencing app powered entirely by Matrix. Since then, not only have we been busily using it for all our own internal small-group meetings (it currently only works with up to eight participants - give or take) but we’ve also been working hard on improving and updating it. That makes it really exciting to announce our first major update to Element Call: Beta 2. So, what does this update bring?

CurrentWare version 7.0.1 is here! With this release we’re excited to announce the introduction of two key security features: Two-factor authentication (2FA) and our first two admin activity logs! These enhancements provide an extra layer of security to help ensure that only trusted operators are accessing your admin console while providing greater visibility into what they are doing within the CurrentWare Suite.
