Time for the first CRM release of 2021 and it’s one that a lot of our customers have been requesting over the last few months. Up until now, Teamwork CRM has not included a way for our users to recover or restore CRM deals (leads, opportunities, activities and notes) that were deleted, whether by design or accident. Once a user deleted these CRM artifacts, they were permanently removed, which is not an ideal user experience and has been the cause of some anxiety for some of our customers.
The past year has proven that even with good planning, everything can change in a blink of an eye. It’s even more important now than ever to be able to foresee unexpected events, adapt, and be ready to change pace or even direction when things don’t go exactly as planned. See what’s new in Scoro.
The Jan 2021 Release of OneDesk was rolled out on Jan 23 2021. It included the following features and enhancements.
Do you have customers that contact you during out of hours and although your team immediately responds once they clock in, your first response times and resolution times are simply inaccurate and your customers are dissatisfied? When we introduced Miro Live Embed, we wanted to empower any partner to bring Miro’s collaborative whiteboard to their product with minimal development effort and no cost. Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for anyone to have access to a powerful visual collaboration experience, whenever and wherever they need it. Today we’re excited to share some of our newest partnerships and the flexible ways these partners are offering an embedded Miro experience within their products.
