Productivity Ratings in Flowace: Company, Team and Individual

Learn how to rate apps and websites as Productive, Unproductive or Neutral in Flowace, for your whole company, for a team, or for one person.

The same app can be productive for one team and unproductive for another. Instagram may suit Marketing but not Development. Flowace lets you rate apps and websites for each scope, so each member gets the rating that fits their role.

In this video:

  • The concept: what a productivity rating means, and the three levels you can set it at, Company, Team and Individual
  • Open Admin Settings › Work Policies › Productivity Setting
  • Productivity Scope: choose which ratings each member follows in Mapping Preference
  • Company scenario: rate once when usage is similar across the company
  • Team scenario: rate the same app differently for different teams
  • Individual scenario: set a rating for one member, then click Publish
  • See the output: Productivity Analysis shows each person's Productive, Unproductive and Neutral time, and Productivity Usage shows the split for a team
  • When to use what: start with Company, then tailor for teams and individuals
